Account details

An account will be created using the details you provide, namely:

• email address
• Forename
• Surname
• School name
• PO (Purchase order) number if your school requires one on the invoice.

All this data will be held in Thinkific and your email address (you signed up with), Forename and Surname will be automatically transferred to Zoho CRM too.

The account is personal to you and for your use only.  Your log-in details must not be shared.

MIST Services uses this data to communicate with you to keep in touch on topics such as Ask Me Anything and NewsLetters.  Although you are subscribed you can opt out at any time using the links in the emails.  MIST Services will also 'cleanse' the list periodically so users who haven't interacted with the emails will be 'archived'.

Gold-Start course

These courses are at no-cost.  You only need to 'sign-up' to the course that you have purchased.  When signing up the details will be used to communicate with you regarding AMA sessions etc (as above).

Payment

The price of the course is stated on the website clearly for each course.  You or your school can pay 'on-line' and gain instant access.

• Delegate name
• Delegate email address
• Course/s required

An invoice will be emailed accordingly and on receiving payment access will be granted.

Vouchers

If your school has purchased training vouchers from October ReSolutions (TimeTabler - https://www.timetabler.com/vouchers) then these can used used for on-line courses.  Voucher A-2 is the most sensible voucher for you as that is 3 on-line places for £325+vat

Delegates will then be automatically enrolled.

Duration

You are purchasing access to the course for 12-months from the date you initially purchase it.  It is your responsibility to download any pdf or resources for future use.
